Artists Unwind is a mindful gathering for artists of all disciplines to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves, each other, and their creative spark. In a world that asks us to constantly produce, Artists Unwind is a gentle invitation to simply be. Through guided practices, open conversation, and quiet reflection, we create space for rest, community, and creative replenishment.
No pressure. No performance. Just presence.

All kinds of artists — and all kinds of minds — are welcome.
We'll move slowly through:

✨ guided meditation
✨ mindful journaling

Then end the session with some time for tea, chat, and relaxed connection.

Please bring a notebook, a yoga mat (if you have one), and wear something comfy.

We offer step-free access to our venue auditorium for customers with mobility needs, please email us to arrange this before booking - theatre118glasgow@gmail.com.

Important Evacuation Information: Please be aware that in the event of an evacuation, our lifts are not in use. This means there is currently no step-free emergency exit from the upper levels. If you are unable to self-evacuate via stairs, we may not be able to accommodate you safely at this time.
